Soul exists only in this moment. Every moment, no matter what the conditions, offers opportunities to touch and experience life in a new way. Our egos, with their fears and desires, easily get trapped in the past and the future, but the power to change exists only in this moment.

We don't need to know more or have more before we can live more deeply. We simply need to pay attention to what is happening now. To open without judgment to the worlds around and within us.

Welcome to my friendly website. It is my pleasure to share with all of you the PMA, Positive Mental Attitude. My goal is to help people to discover their life purpose. It is essential that we know what we really want in life...without knowing what we are seeking, we will soon be sinking.

The greatest joy in my life is when I see people have a smile on their face..I want people to choose to be happy. I know there is a time when you need a shoulder to cry on, you can count on me! Don't feel alone because you are not alone...I am here.

1. Learn to count your blessings, not your troubles. Your trouble are not as great as your might fear, and your blessings are greater than you realize.

2. Avoid the habit of blaming others. No one ever wins the blame game, so don't even play.

3. Always look for the good in others, especially those closest to you.

4. Avoid the natural human tendency of making molehills into mountains.

5. Start each day with a few minutes of quite time to focus your thoughts, to plan your day, and to utter a prayer of gratitude.
